This is a a preliminary budget proposal, numbers may change as project specifics become known.
Creative & Production
The Noodle Shop will provide design, creative, production and copywriting services for the completion of the following components of the 15th Anniversary Program. This proposal includes presentations, meetings, vendor supervision, management and coordination. This proposal does not include the cost of presentation materials or images, or installation of boards, banners and posters at branches.

Fee Range $9250 to $12,250
Campaign Components
A) 12 Common Acrylic Prints @ 3 ft. x 5 ft., Print Direct to 6mm Non-Glare Clear Plex, Drill 4 Holes and Provide 4 Aluminum Standoffs @ 5/8" x 5/8" each; Total Cost: $6475
*We do not have installers around the country so we suggest you look for an art installer online, or handyman would work well.
B) 12 Common Posters @ 2 ft. x 3 ft., Print on Satin Photo Gloss Paper; Total Cost: $1145
C) 12 Common Banners @ 3 ft. x 8 ft., Print on Ultraflex Vinyl, Hem Edges and Grommet Throughout;
Total Cost: $2548
D) 150, white 14" balloons printed two sides, with 3 color art: $263 + shipping
E) 375 white polo shirts with 3 color anniversary logo embroidered in pocket position ( for the sake of this preliminary budget, shirt style and color subject to change based on approved design) Proposed sizing ratio 60% women 46% men, standard sizing 1Small, @ medium, @ large, 1 X-large: $4,045
With 3-color logo on pocket: $6979
F) 375 white t-shirts) shirts with 3 color anniversary logo embroidered in pocket position ( for the sake of this preliminary budget, shirt style and color subject to change based on approved design) Proposed sizing ratio 60% women 46% men, standard sizing 1Small, @ medium, @ large, 1 X-large: $3491
NOTES:
1. Client revisions will be billed additionally on a per hour basis.
2. Budget does not include sales tax.
3. Rush charges may be incurred if the production schedule is altered at any time during the course of the projects.
4. Any additional projects or tasks requested by the client will be estimated as a new job.
5. If the scope of the project changes, new costs and time frame will be estimated and presented to the client.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
This proposal is submitted as a forecast based on the information currently available about the project and outlined in the project description attached. If the scope or nature of the project changes significantly, an amended project description shall be issued.
This estimate is within (+/-) 15% of actual costs. If, for any reason during the production of this job, the actual costs appear to be over 15% of this estimate, a revised estimate will be submitted for approval.
Services other than those specified in the proposal are not included. Any services or materials requested by you, the client, after a confirmation or proposal has been approved, such as changes or additions, will be billed in addition to the original amounts estimated. If the project is cancelled prior to completion, the client agrees to pay for that portion of work performed prior to cancellation.
All work will remain the property of the agency. The client is hereby licensed to use the agency's work within the scope of the projects defined herein.
The client shall indemnify, defend, and hold the agency harmless from and against any claim, damages and expense, including attorney's fees, arising from or out of any claim by any party that its rights have been or are being violated or infringed upon with respect to any materials provided by the client.
PAYMENT TERMS: A payment of one-half of the estimated cost is required to initiate work on the project, with the final one-half due when final project is delivered. Penalty charges of 18% per annum will be applied to outstanding balances over 30 days. Invoices are subject to applicable sales taxes.
If any dispute should arise concerning the interpretation or enforcement of this contract, the prevailing party in a proceeding or arbitration shall be entitled to actual attorney fees and costs. The venue for any such action shall be the central district of San Diego. In the event of a bankruptcy by the client, all rights granted herein revert to the agency. If these terms are not objected to within 10 days of receipt, the terms shall be deemed accepted. This proposal is valid for 30 days.

In signing this estimate, client authorizes to proceed with work described herein.
