Proposal for Consulting, Creative, Design and Production Services to
Transform Realty Partners
Scope of Work
Specific Projects
1. Design and iterate with TRP team on the artwork use and application of the Transform logo, letterhead, business card art, email signatures. Define the style sheet for Transform including fonts, colors, and applications. - $750. Print and invoice business card printing at cost.
2. Develop investor packages and presentations. Specifically, assist in the layout, content and message within (1) the TRP business deck; (2) the Exeter Project Deck; and (3) the Exeter Offer Memorandum (front and back page). - $750.
NOTE: (1) and (2) are due and payable within 10 days of acceptance as that most of (1) and (2) are complete per acceptance by Lane Sharman. $750 - Down and $750 within 14 days of acceptance.
3. Design, art production, copyrighting, content advisory, and collaboration with Katie Teare for (1) TRP web site; (2) Email Signatures; (3) Corporate Communication Look and Feel for Press Releases $2,500 ( to be billed on first round of funding of the company)

Scope of Work
- The Noodle Shop will advise and consult TRP on strategy, communication, documentation, letterhead, business cards, web, LinkedIn, and business positioning and messaging
- Advise and consult on creating the correct Business Category description and statement as in "Dual Income Investments".
- Research and survey area of business to aid in positioning of TRP so as to create a strong differentiation relative to other investment companies in the real estate sector.
